About The Position

Closets by Design is seeking a creative and personable Sales Design Consultant to help customers organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling. Comprehensive sales and design training is provided, making prior experience unnecessary. The company is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, designing, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, and garage cabinetry. Requirements

  • Must be a "people person" with creativity and good communication skills.
  • Ability to help people organize their homes.
  • Complete sales and design training will be provided.
  • No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
  • Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
  • Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
  • Educate customers on our products and services.
  • Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
