About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments, meaning no cold calling. Comprehensive sales and design training are provided, so no prior experience is necessary. The position is hybrid remote with a flexible schedule, including 13-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship. You will begin your sales route with provided leads and marketing materials, build rapport with clients, assess their needs, educate them on products, and use your skills to help with home organizational needs.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
