SALES DESIGN CONSULTANT
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Design Consultant for our Installations By DC division that has a passion for design in window treatments. This role involves turning client visions into reality and creating work that you are genuinely proud of. We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Design Consultant who is ready to put their best foot forward. The role involves comprehending client ideas, creating estimates based on needs and budgets, consulting with clients in their homes, presenting and measuring custom window covering solutions, closing the sale, and preparing design specifications. Our technology-based tools make presenting and proposing solutions seamless and professional.
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience with at least 1 year in in-home sales
- Experience with interiors or home improvement products
- Excellent communication skills, with strong closing skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology platforms
- Proven results of closure rates, average sales, and sales figures
- Ability to lift and carry sample bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking and driving for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to walk upstairs or multi-story levels
- Must have reliable personal vehicle with adequate trunk space to transport and store your samples
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
