About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers / sales representatives. You can help others organize their homes! As a Closets by Design Design Consultant, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, in your area! You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary. This is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule. Benefits include a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase, a 16-week sales training program with ongoing mentorship, pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients, health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match. No Cold Calling!

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Looking for smart, outgoing, coachable candidates.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs.
