The Sales Department Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations and ensuring the sales team functions efficiently. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist sales managers with coordinating and processing dealer trades
- Contact partner dealerships to verify vehicle availability and facilitate inventory exchanges
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedules, reports, and operational updates
- Maintain and update commission spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality
- Track and update internal vehicle inventory and car count sheets
- Organize department records, paperwork, and reporting systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Support the team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
Benefits
- Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
