About The Position

At Alleviate, we’re building the next generation of financial services and are looking for elite closers who can help transform lives. We offer top-tier leads, uncapped commissions plus salary, and a next-gen product offering that helps clients build financial health. We have helped over 400,000 clients and are scaling fast. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, though shift times and days may vary based on staffing needs. The role is located in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

Proven sales closer - ideally in financial services, high-ticket B2C, or consultative roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
Empathetic communicator with the drive to outperform

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Prior debt relief or lending experience

Responsibilities

Guide inbound leads through our consultative debt relief process
Identify clients' financial pain points and align them with custom-fit solutions
Close deals with urgency, empathy, and compliance
Collaborate with your team to crush monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Own your pipeline with CRM discipline and velocity
