The Sales Data Analyst will play a key role in optimizing our sales and customer success operations by managing data, reporting, and CRM processes. This individual will support customer segmentation, sales team alignment, performance measurement, and reporting for both internal teams and external partners. This is a data-driven role requiring someone with strong analytical skills, CRM experience (Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred), and the ability to contribute to process improvements. While this role is primarily back-end, presentation skills are important for supporting QBRs and partner alignment discussions.
