About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with sales targets and performance goals
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

• Upsell or cross-sell products to meet sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Process orders, returns, and account updates
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow company guidelines and meet performance metrics (sales, response time, customer satisfaction)
