About The Position

Mueller Refrigeration is seeking a detail-oriented, solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our in-house Customer Service Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Proficiency in MS Access, Word and Excel
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills under tight production deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical manufacturing or shipping updates into clear terms for customers
• Proactive, positive attitude to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared goals

Nice To Haves

• associate or bachelor’s degree in business or technical field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a select group of customers, building relationships with key accounts, sales personnel, and other internal departments
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or portal regarding order status, shipment tracking, product specifications, and pricing
• Process customer purchase orders, verify product configurations, check pricing, and enter data accurately
• Coordinate with production planning, shipping, and sales teams to process order shipments and communicate realistic lead times
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding damaged goods, shipping delays, or quality concerns by coordinating with other internal departments
