With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW Massage is looking forward to bringing its thoughtfully crafted menu, healing products, and signature design to cities all over the United States.

Requirements

  • Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player who contributes to a positive work culture
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
  • Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast-paced system
  • Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detail
  • Maintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts
  • Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
