About The Position

KidStrong Coral Springs is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused team member to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with families, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community. As a Member Success & Sales Associate, you will be a primary point of contact for families, responsible for creating an exceptional member experience, supporting families throughout their KidStrong journey, and connecting prospective families with the program. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role that combines customer service, relationship-building, sales, and community engagement.

Comfortable speaking with families in person and on the phone
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service experience preferred
Experience working with children and families is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome and support families in-center
Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
Schedule trial classes
Follow up with prospective families and guide them through enrollment
Assist members with scheduling, account changes, billing questions, holds, and cancellations
Build relationships with families and create an outstanding member experience
Utilize CRM and scheduling software to document communication and manage leads
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective families
Support center events, community outreach, and social media engagement
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment
