Sales/Customer Service Associate
About The Position
This is a full-time, year-round position. We are not hiring seasonal or part-time employees at this time. A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. The Sales Associate is the driver of our company's growth. This individual will lead the charge of our companies core values and strengthen the team around them.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
- Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
- Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
