The role involves educating clients on the benefits of massage and skincare, building relationships with members and guests, driving retail sales, and converting guests into members while ensuring their continued engagement.

Requirements

Proven track record of 2+ years in retail or sales.
Confidence to promote memberships, services, and products.
Commitment to doing what's right for members, guests, and teammates.
Solid math and computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to handle cash and digital transactions with ease.
Natural ability to make people feel valued and supported, both on the phone and in person.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate, share goals, and build strong relationships with colleagues.
Belief in the power of massage and skincare and enthusiasm to share it.

Responsibilities

Educate and empower clients on the value of regular massage, skincare, and assisted stretch for their well-being.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and guests to grow the client base.
Connect clients with products that enhance and extend the benefits of each service.
Convert guests into members and ensure they remain engaged in their wellness journey.
Perform other duties as assigned by clinic management.
