Shell Point Retirement Community, one of the largest and most respected single-site life plan communities in the country, is seeking an exceptional Sales Counselor to join their high-performing team. Shell Point, located in Fort Myers, is a nationally recognized, mission-based continuing care retirement community serving over 2,500 residents. It boasts expansive amenities, comprehensive healthcare services, waterfront living, and a vibrant culture rooted in excellence and longevity, with a mission to help residents live fully across physical, social, spiritual, and intellectual dimensions. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for generating and converting qualified leads into residency through a highly personalized, relationship-based sales process. This involves guiding prospects and their families through financial and emotional considerations from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. The role also includes hosting seminars and events to engage with prospects and educate them about Shell Point. The ideal candidate should possess proven sales success, strong consultative selling and closing skills, emotional intelligence for navigating complex life transitions, disciplined follow-up habits, CRM proficiency, and the ability to quickly build authentic trust with discerning clients. Experience in senior living is strongly preferred, and a sales background in senior housing, hospitality, healthcare, or luxury real estate will also be considered.
