Shell Point is a nationally recognized, mission-based continuing care retirement community serving over 2,500 residents with expansive amenities, comprehensive healthcare services, and a vibrant culture. The Sales Counselor is responsible for generating and converting qualified leads into residency through a personalized, relationship-based sales process, managing the journey from initial inquiry to move-in. This includes guiding prospects and their families through financial and emotional considerations, delivering a high-touch experience, and hosting seminars and events to engage and educate potential residents.
