In this role, you’ll connect with prospective residents, provide personalized tours, coordinate events, and help individuals discover the exceptional lifestyle our community offers. Requirements

  • Sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, motivated, and customer-service oriented professional
  • Passion for serving older adults
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or consultative sales
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and close sales in a relationship-based environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and community activities
  • Compassionate, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs)
  • Experience working with older adults and families
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents and families
  • Conduct community tours and presentations
  • Manage leads and follow-up activities
  • Support occupancy and sales goals
  • Coordinate move-ins and marketing events
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process
