Requirements

Experience in all Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid presentation skills (small and large group)
Strong closing skills
Background Screening through AHCA

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Senior Living setting preferred)

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations by understanding prospect needs and representing the community during the sales process from inquiry to move in.
Ensures that all prospect inquiries are followed up in designated timeframes.
Communicates effectively with key influencers impacting the buying decision.
Requires effective prospecting including phone outs, home visits and emails.
Always maintains professionalism.
