As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor to help prospective members discover all that Vicar’s Landing has to offer. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-focused customer service roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships
  • Experience managing multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort using CRM systems and technology to manage sales activity
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living sales experience
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury services, healthcare, or other consultative sales environments
  • Knowledge of occupancy management and presales programs
  • Experience working with older adults and their families
  • CRM reporting and sales pipeline management experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective members and their families throughout the sales journey
  • Conduct discovery conversations, needs assessments, presentations, and tours
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process, helping them evaluate lifestyle, financial, and housing options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with future members from initial inquiry through move-in
  • Support presales efforts by securing deposits and helping achieve occupancy goals
  • Manage prospect activity and follow-up within the CRM system
  • Participate in community events, informational sessions, and outreach activities to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness
