Currently, Stoney Brook Belton Is Seeking a Full-time Sales Counselor to Continue Our Story of Compassionately Caring for Our Residents. As a Sales Counselor, You Will Be Assisting the Executive Director with Pre-and Post-move in Planning and Execution of New Resident Assimilation.

Requirements

Prior Experience Assisting with the Marketing/Sales Process, Preferably in a Senior Living or Multi-family Environment.
Proficient Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written in English.
Excellent Customer Service Skills Both in Person and on the Telephone.
High School Diploma or G.e.d.
Ability to Speak, Read & Write English.
Must Be Willing to Undergo a Routine Background Check Including Physical and Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Yardi or Other Client Management System Highly Preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Family and Resident with All Move-in Logistics (Except Care Issues).
Ensure Staff Are Aware of New Residents - Notify Nurses and Caregivers.
Provide "Hand Holding" for Resident/Family As Required.
Provide Resident/Family a Brief Orientation to the Apartment and Surroundings.
Assist Executive Director, with Marketing Materials, Tours, Event Planning, Calls to Prospective Residents and Meeting Sales Goals.
