About The Position

This position is for a Sales Counselor who will sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role involves assisting families with funeral selections and attending services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Everstory Partners aims to create supportive spaces for individuals and families experiencing loss, providing compassionate and personalized support. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of sales experience preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred)
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
1 year of sales experience
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
