About The Position

This is a Part-Time opportunity that requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends. The role involves selling pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor will assist families with funeral selections and attend services. Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Everstory Partners' mission is to create supportive spaces where individuals and families can find solace, meaning, and hope in the midst of loss, providing compassionate and personalized support through grief.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
