The sales counselor is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue across 2Life’s direct rental portfolio by cultivating strong relationships with prospective residents and guiding them through a thoughtful, trust-based decision-making process. 2Life has direct rental apartments in three properties: Shillman House (Framingham), Golda Meir House (Newton), and Brown Family House (Brookline). While this role supports leasing across all three properties, the majority of this position’s time will be dedicated to Shillman House, with additional support provided to other communities as needed. Given the cyclical nature of sales activity, this role will also contribute to broader community engagement and operational support activities at Shillman House during periods of lower leasing volume. This may include supporting resident engagement, administrative coordination, and other site-based initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
