The Role We are seeking an empathetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Counselor to join our team at Seneca Place! In this key role, you will serve as the primary guide for seniors and their families as they navigate options for senior living. You will build relationships, conduct community tours, manage inquiry leads, and walk prospective residents through every step of the move-in process. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or high-touch service sales.
• Proven Track Record: History of meeting or exceeding occupancy targets and lead conversion metrics.
• Warm, compelling communication and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in sales CRMs, Microsoft Office, and database management.
• A genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping families find peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to phone inquiries, web leads, and walk-ins, providing compassionate guidance and securing tour appointments.
• Conduct heartwarming, personalized tours of the Seneca Place campus, showcasing our living options, amenities, and community culture to close sales.
• Guide families with empathy through the decision-making process, addressing questions, overcoming objections, and easing transitions.
• Maintain precise lead and outreach tracking in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure timely, strategic follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community referral networks across the Verona and Greater Pittsburgh area.
