About The Position
As the Sales Coordinator, you will have the pivotal role of supporting the daily operations of the sales team to ensure they meet the hotel’s financial goals. You will also act as the liaison between the hotel’s sales and operations team, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a necessity.
- Driven, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in a hotel is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute various sales reports and statistical analysis.
- Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of a group's stay.
- Meets with clients as needed.
- Conducts tours of the hotel and banquet facilities.
