Pay Rate: $25.00 - 30.00/hr based upon relevant experience. Shift Pattern: Weekdays (Monday through Friday), 8-hours shifts. Ideal candidate for this role will have\: At least one (1) year of previous administrative/coordinator experience. Experience in Catering & Sales, as well as Hospitality experience is a plus! Able to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. A Sales Coordinator provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including\: Word- processing, typing, e-mailing Filing & data-entry Faxing & copying Corresponding & answering telephones Processing mail Taking notes and/or dictation Making travel arrangements Pperforming other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.
