About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking an empathetic and knowledgeable Sales Coordinator to join our team at Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position is responsible for creating human connection with potential residents and their families, providing essential information about senior living options, and managing leads through various communication channels. The role also involves hosting tours and community events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. We are looking for a positive, professional individual who is passionate about serving residents.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.
  • Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into the database.
  • Provide leads with all necessary and helpful information on senior living and next-step options.
  • Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, follow-ups, tours, and home visits.
  • Ensure all lead cultivation efforts are accurately cataloged in the lead base.
  • Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
