About The Position

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a permanent work-from-home position. This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborates with the North-American Retail go-to-market team, playing a key role in supporting the Sales department's operations. The ideal candidate is organized, ambitious, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Note that this role requires working North-American (NOAM) time shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, administrative or customer service role
  • Stellar time management and organization skills
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to ensure risks of stock outages/backorders are minimized
  • Support sales teams with data entry for applications and submit supporting documentation for the relevant teams
  • Monitor existing applications through lifecycles and engage with relevant teams and customers, where necessary, to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
  • Action updates to existing accounts related to addresses, banking information and ownership changes
  • Support Leadership team members with occasional administrative tasks
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate records in company CRM
  • Ensure launch cases are correctly created and received by Launch team with payments being processed
  • Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role
