We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Executive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Evolution Parking & Guest Services. Requirements

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Experience with client relationship management and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or labor services industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing sales materials, maintaining customer databases, and populating proposal terms into contract templates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and update sales leads, opportunities, and client communications in our CRM system. Assist with follow-ups to ensure no lead goes unattended.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses. Maintain organized documentation and reports for sales meetings.
  • Assist with order processing, from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Support the sales team with research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends, specifically within the hospitality sector.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the sales team and management as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, or client meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
