The Sales Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to Valpak Clipp’s qualifying top-revenue local Media Sales Consultants (MSCs), ensuring their client campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. The goal of this role is to free MSC’s of administrative tasks so they can focus on new client and revenue growth. MSC’s are the main customer for Sales Coordinators. This position is responsible for creating client contracts (CPQs), securing and processing payment consents, coordinating artwork and client approvals, and maintaining all campaign documentation through Salesforce. The Sales Coordinator acts as the bridge between Clients, Sales, Creative, Finance, and Operations—owning the post-sale process from contract to production for their assigned MSC’s and delivering a seamless experience for both sellers and clients.
