Job Summary: Provide overall administrative support to the Account Management team; typical responsibilities are related to order entry, quotes, shipments, warranty support, and customer service for our dealer network.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent demonstrated skills, abilities, and knowledge through practical application.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven experience in conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visual, and related software.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an inclination to consistently apply critical and analytical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient communication to dealers related to overall sales support and direct inquiries to appropriate departments within Novae; escalating to Account Managers where needed.
  • Facilitating and monitoring the resolution of all situations that arise from these communications.
  • Enter dealer orders and track through order processing, production, and delivery.
  • Provide quote information for dealers where appropriate.
  • Communicate with Operations to coordinate changes with production leadership; escalating concerns to appropriate Account Manager.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and correspondence in order to support the Account Management team.
  • Communicate with dealers on the warranty qualification process and forwarding to appropriate point person in Warranty within the company.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of local brands for efficient support of the dealer network.
  • Track sales to forecast monthly by dealer by entering information into tracking system.
  • Monitor commitments to dealers and project action items with internal teams to assure dealer needs are met at plant level; take action when needed.
  • Continually look for and suggest ways to improve the overall performance of yourself and the account management team.
  • Act as subject matter expert to dealers in the use of the portal, teaching dealers when they call with questions and helping dealers become more comfortable in this use of this technology.
  • Design trailer loads using spatial reasoning skills and trailer sizes in order to ensure safe transportation of trailers to destination while maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
  • Organize the shipments of loads by scheduling with dealers, drivers, or logistics companies to ensure safe delivery.
  • Administer the Dealer Program of marketing materials and incentives.
  • Track orders and budget.
  • Assist in other areas and perform other duties, as needed.
