This position will focus on providing support for customers and the internal team by managing sales processes. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and engineers.
  • Manage the complete project workflow process from project creation to installation.
  • Update systems to ensure project communications and details are captured.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.
  • Conduct project reviews and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategy.
  • Create and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.
  • Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals.
  • Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.
  • Manage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processes.
  • Identify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process.
