About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused individual to join their sales team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, be open to learning and leading by example, and respond professionally and courteously to guests and team members. This role is crucial in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, supplies, and resources to deliver outstanding service. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for creating positive guest interactions that build anticipation for their visit, providing accurate information about the resort and special events, and helping guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Qualify inquiries
  • Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
  • Send packages and answer general questions
  • Create monthly recap of leads and updates
  • Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours
  • Create Sales & Catering kits and restocking supply area as appropriate
  • Control office supplies and ordering supplies when necessary
  • Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events
  • Send out Thank You Cards/Emails
