About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our growing team. This role is responsible for increasing sales through the proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs. The Sales Coordinator will assist in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments, and assist with inventory management. They will also plan and implement product presentations, including signage and pricing, and promptly display new products while disposing of discontinued items according to the markdown program. The position requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining company assigned plan-o-grams accurately, answering phones, and assisting customers. Additionally, the role may involve cross-training for other duties, balancing daily receipts, and handling cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
Ability to handle problems and facility successful outcomes
Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management
Strong computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities
