About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our team at The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas. This full-time position involves understanding the importance of empathy, creating human connections with potential residents and their families, and accurately entering lead information into a database. The role requires strategic cultivation of leads through various communication methods, ensuring all efforts are cataloged. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences during tours and community events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
  • Possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Able to apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy.
  • Create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.
  • Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database.
  • Provide leads with all necessary and helpful information on senior living, as well as next-step options in their current search.
  • Strategically cultivate leads through use of phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits.
  • Ensure all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.
  • Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
