About The Position

We are looking for someone to be an Empathetic Empathizer, responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time. You will also be a Communicator of Knowledge, ensuring information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into the database and that leads are provided all necessary and helpful information on senior living, as well as next-step options in their current search. Additionally, you will be a Lead Base Liaison, strategically cultivating leads through the use of phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base. Finally, you will be a Hospitable Host, ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
  • Criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
