About The Position

The coordinator will support the International Sales Team with work for J1 Bridge USA Work Exchange Programs, including Summer Work & Travel, Camp Counselor, Internship, Professional Career Training, and High School USA. The coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the International Sales Team, assisting Account Managers, the Team Manager, and the Team Director with day-to-day activities related to partner management, CRM, and system administration, document preparation, reporting, data management, and coordination of internal processes. This role helps streamline operations, enabling Account Managers to focus on partner relationships, business development, and sales growth. The position will support the team in the achievement of annual program sales goals and long-term business development objectives for all Inbound Exchanges programs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree required.
  • Experience managing data in CRM systems required, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Comfortable with learning new technology.
  • Team-oriented approach and the ability to see the big picture; ability to maintain professional demeanor in a busy environment and within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills along with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail (in reviewing data and written documents) is essential; excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and maintain flexibility with job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the International Sales Team and CIEE International Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate partner and program information in Salesforce, Beacon, and other internal systems.
  • Prepare, review, and process annual cooperation agreements and other sales documentation.
  • Run and analyze regular reports, as assigned, to support International Representative performance management.
  • Assist with the creation and organization of training materials.
  • Review a high volume of data for accuracy.
  • Assist with collecting, reviewing, and tracking compliance documentation for new agent onboarding, as needed.
  • Track outstanding action items and follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes when needed.
  • Support new partner onboarding by gathering and organizing prospective partner information, coordinating required documentation, and facilitating internal setup.
  • Support planning and logistics for webinars, conferences, and other sales events.
  • Prepare presentations, templates, and communication materials for the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and help maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the sales team.
