About The Position

Abacus is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator (Sales Dispatcher) to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our sales coordinators are responsible for converting incoming leads into scheduled appointments while ensuring a smooth customer experience. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promptly contact customers to explain services, outline the estimate process, and pre-qualify leads before dispatch.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and accurately entered into the system.
  • Schedule and dispatch appointments with complete information, prioritizing premium calls for the appropriate technician or Comfort Advisor.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers via phone and email, including multiple attempts when initial contact is unsuccessful.
  • Respond to all inquiries within one business day.
  • Prepare reports and assist with special projects as assigned.
