LabCorp is seeking a dispatcher/ route coordinator to join our team in Lakewood, CO. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating the daily route, work, and training schedules of assigned work group. Assists Supervisor with administrative duties. Application Window Closes: 2/14/26 Pay Range: $19.29-$27.69 All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm MST (additional hours/days may be required as needed) Work Location: 7444 W. Alaska Dr. Lakewood CO. 80226 Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in logistics, customer service or operations is preferred
Experience working in a medical courier environment is preferred
Familiarity with route management software is a plus

Responsibilities

Utilize route management software to schedule, coordinate and dispatch specimen pickups
Manage high volume email/phone traffic to coordinate resources (employees, vendors, etc.)
Responsible for specific service area to ensure the best possible solutions for client
Follow standard procedures for field requests for service and dispatching calls
Problem solve and provide potential resolutions for any specimen related issue
Utilize multiple databases to process requests and inquiries
Performs a variety of administrative/clerical duties as needed
