About The Position

McKinney Buick GMC is looking for some motivated team members to join our new and pre-owned departments. We are looking for people who are motivated to have some control over what they earn and want to work at a place that has a long track record of promoting from within. McKinney Buick GMC is a growing dealership and has been both the GMC and Buick dealer of the year. Successful retail automotive sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales , hotels (front desk, concierge etc.), restaurants (server, bartender etc.) customer service et all. Military veterans also do well in our stores. We would like to interview with candidates who are well spoken, customer oriented, and want to have some control over what they earn! If the thought of working on commission scares you then you need to ask about our pay plan that has a minimum amount you can make. Our salespeople start out making between $2500-$5,000 plus monthly. Requirements
- Ability to listen to our customers and offer them solutions to their automotive needs
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- Fantastic helping and communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
- You must possess a valid Driver's License
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years old
