About The Position

Lytegen is building an elite closing team and is recruiting proven producers who know how to walk into a home, control a conversation, build trust fast, and close. This is a Full-Time role with compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000+ per year plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually. We are looking for driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultants who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance-based role for individuals seeking income growth, authority, and real responsibility. Prior solar or sales experience is not required; the ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of outcomes is paramount. Sales Consultants will be consulting homeowners on high-impact solutions that improve long-term value and decision-making. Success will be measured by execution, accuracy, and results.

Requirements

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified prospects
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Lead conversations with confidence and structure
• Educate customers clearly on products, pricing, and process
• Handle objections with logic, professionalism, and control
• Close agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Maintain strict pipeline discipline and CRM updates
• Coordinate with operations and support teams for execution
• Follow pricing, compliance, and process standards
• Protect company margin and brand integrity
