Lexus of Greenwood Village has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. They will explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road, research availability of models using a computer database, and work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price and lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. The role also involves visually inspecting inventory, delivering and familiarizing the customer with the vehicle, and assisting the Sales Manager with customer problems. A key aspect of this role is the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.
