About The Position

Walker Automotive is hiring Sales Consultants to join its family-owned automotive business. Requirements

• Comfort with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
• An outgoing, friendly personality, including when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Quality customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A clean and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen before employment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Become knowledgeable about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Provide high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
• Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
