About The Position
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultants to join our team at Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group. This is a Full Time - sales job that requires an individual contributor role and offers compensation ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, paid monthly. This position requires sales and customer service experience in the auto industry.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service
- A successful track record of exceeding sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- A friendly, upbeat, and confident personality
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems

- Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service
- Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty
- Research relevant information (i.e. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options
- Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed customer records
