Requirements

- Possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs, budget, and style.
- Lead test drives and highlight vehicle features and tech in a way that excites.
- Present pricing, incentives, and financing options.
- Negotiate confidently and build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with our Finance & Insurance team.
- Participate in manufacturing training, sharpen your skills, and crush weekly and monthly sales goals.
