About The Position
Capitol Kia, the largest Kia dealership in the Bay Area and Northern California's #1 volume Kia dealership for five consecutive years, is seeking ambitious and goal-oriented sales professionals. We are looking for individuals who prioritize guest satisfaction and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment. As a sales professional, you will handle a high volume of internet leads through email, phone, and in-person interactions, assisting guests with vehicle selection and providing expert knowledge to ensure a positive experience. While automotive sales experience is a plus, it is not required. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are necessary.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- Customer/Client facing experience.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy- familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Nice To Haves
- 0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality).
- Sales experience in the automotive industry.
