Jim Shorkey Gainesville Kia is seeking a motivated experienced Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our growing team for our brand new facility in the heart of Ross Park! Come contribute to the success of our organization!

Requirements

• Prior dealership sales experience is huge plus.
• Must have Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a prescreen background and drug test
• Strong Customer service and negotiation expertise
• Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• We want to provide a first-class car shopping experience to our valued customers.
• Build relationships and create customers for life
• Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) Grow Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.
