Requirements

  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior sales experience a plus but not required
  • Coachable
  • Trainable
  • Hold yourself accountable
  • Good work ethic
  • Can follow specific instructions with the ability to implement our system and process with the tools we provide
  • Not afraid to ask for help
  • Set forth goals (both personal as well as professionally)

Responsibilities

  • Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain full product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Offer test drive.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
