Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a hybrid field and office/remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads
  • Knock doors and canvas neighborhoods
  • Complete roofing and exterior inspections
  • Document findings with photos and notes
  • Present estimates and review scopes of work
  • Guide homeowners through retail and insurance processes
  • Execute agreements and contingencies
  • Attend build days as the homeowner’s main contact
  • Collect payments
  • Request reviews and referrals
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • You will manage the customer relationship from first conversation to final payment.
