Requirements

Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants.
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
Work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
Reset the showroom floor.
