Responsibilities

Network in the community and proactively reach out to prospective buyers
Schedule appointments
Serve our guests by actively listening to their vehicle needs and persuading them towards the best choice
Build and maintain long-term relationships with our guests, with a focus on customer retention and repeat business
Provide a low-pressure buying experience for our guests from beginning to end, while handling objections, negotiating, and closing car deals
Communicate with guests, management, and other teammates to solve problems
Follow up on detail-oriented tasks to ensure customer satisfaction in an automotive retail environment
Achieve Nissan & Subaru Certifications
